1. 환자는 존엄한 인격체로서 관심과 존중을 받을 권리가 있습니다.
The patient has the right to considerate, respectful care at all times, under all circumstances, with recognition of his personal dignity and worth.

2. 환자는 질병의 진단, 치료계획, 결과, 예후에 대한 설명을 듣고, 본인이 받게 되는 치료, 검사, 수술, 입원 등의 의료 행위에 대한 시행여부를 선택할 권리가 있습니다.
The patient has the right to obtain from the practitioner responsible for coordinating his care, complete and current information concerning his diagnosis (to the degree known), treatment, pain management and any known prognosis.

3. 환자는 성별, 연령, 종교, 인종, 국적 또는 사회적 신분을 이유로 어떠한 차별도 받지 않으며 성실한 진료와 최선의 의료 시술을 받을 권리가 있다.
Individuals shall be afforded impartial access to treatment that is available and medicated, regard-less of race, creed, sex, national origin, religion, sexual orientation or source of payment.

4. 환자는 특정 치료 행위를 거부할 권리가 있습니다.
그러나, 의료진의 지시사항을 따르지 않아 발생한 결과의 책임은 환자에게 있습니다.
Patient has the right to refuse treatment and medical procedure.
However, the patient is responsible for the consequences of refusal.

5. 환자는 병원에서 발생할 수 있는 위험으로부터 보호받고, 심신의 안정을 취할 권리가 있습니다.
The patient has the right to have his/her physical and psychological well-being preserved from any potential hazard while under our care.

6. 환자는 가치관이나 신념, 종교적인 요구를 존중 받을 권리가 있습니다.
The patient has the right to make demands based on personal beliefs, values and religion.

7. 환자는 진료과정에서 밝혀진 비밀을 보호받을 권리가 있으며, 담당 의료진이나 법적으로 허용된 사람을 제외하고는 개인의 의무기록을 열람할 수 없습니다.
The patient has the right to have his/her personal information and medical records remain confidential and only the medical staff and legally authorized person have the access to the records.

8. 환자는 진료비 내역에 대하여 알 권리가 있습니다.
The patient has the right to receive full explanation of the hospital bills for his/her care.

1. 환자는 자신의 건강과 관련된 모든 정보를 의료진에게 정확히 알려야 합니다.
The patient has the responsibility to provide complete and accurate information concerning matters relating to their health to their health care provider.

2. 환자는 의료진이 제시하는 검사와 치료계획을 신뢰하고, 존중하여야 하며, 이에 불응 시 발생한 결과에 대해서는 책임이 따를 수 있습니다.
The patient has the responsibility to follow and respect the treatment plan prescribed by their health care provider. The patient is responsible for his or her actions if he or she does not follow the treatment or practitioner’s instructions.

3. 환자는 병원의 정책과 공공질서를 준수하여야 합니다.
The patient is to comply with hospital policies and public order.

4. 환자는 병원 직원 및 다른 환자에 대해 존중하고 배려해야 합니다.
The patient should respect the rights of other patients, employees and service providers of the hospital.

5. 환자는 진료비 납입 등 병원과 체결된 재정적 의무를 성실히 이행하여야 합니다.
The patient is responsible for all medical expenses related to health care.
